Roofracks.co.uk has been selling the entire Thule range from their base in Borough Green, Kent for over 40 years and, as a result, have amassed considerably more experience with the products, than virtually all other dealers put together!  We know all too well that the complexities of choosing the correct equipment can sometimes appear daunting and that is why we have made our website user-friendly, intuitive, simple and most importantly informative. I contacted the company with a request for a specific part of the locking mechanism for my roof boot, sending some pictures.  We then discussed it on the phone and they were mega helpful.  Said they did not have the part in stock but were getting a delivery next week of what they believed I needed.  They emailed me the next week to confirm delivery and gave me the part number.  Exactly what I needed.  I then had another phone chat re. the lock to fit the mechanism.  All parts provided really quickly.  My roof boot is now back in order.  Great service and product knowledge. - Nicola Weatherill
