The best selling Thule 598 Proride in black is extremely elegant and the most easy to use Thule upright bike carrier yet. Soft claw pads hold the bike frame securely with all fitting done at the wheel tray level.  Simply raise the arm, lift the bike onto the wheel tray and push into position.  Then turn the torque sensor knob until it clicks, attach the wheel clamps and you are ready to go....all in a matter of seconds!  Removal is even quicker thanks to an instantaneous clamp release button.

Useful tip from roofracks.co.uk:  "The Thule 598 ProRide is a true top quality product and is also perfect for carrying a bike on a taller vehicle such as a SUV etc. The reason for this is that all of the fixing is done low at roof bar height. Simply raise the frame arm, lift the bike onto the wheel tray and let the wheels roll down the curved tray into position. Once the padded frame clamp is in position there is no need to continue holding the bike, leaving your hands free to finish the job."
