The Thule HangOn-3 Tilt is a budget priced, easy to use tow ball mounted bike carrier. Carries up to 3 cycles. The tilt action allows the carrier to be easily lowered for access to the car boot - even with the bikes in place! For ladies cycles as well as cycle frames without top rails, an adapter 982 is available.
Can be tilted, with bikes removed, to give easy access to the car's boot, tailgate or hatchback. Fits all types of tow bars including swan neck, removable and flange type tow balls. The Thule 976 Lightboard can be mounted directly to the carrier using the Thule 9761 Lightboard adapter, available separately.
